Lamar Smith is to the internet what Jumanji is to a quaint suburban home. He really just wants to be let loose so he can fuck it up. Smith, the author of such classics as the Stop Online Piracy Act is hell bend on catching pirates. It’s like he was promised a role in The Black Pearl but they passed on him because his smile was too tight. Either way he has a vendetta against file sharing.
